Here, we are milling the color to remove any inconsistencies. Woodmere mills most of its colors 3-4 times.

Since we make our own color, our color experts create just the right color to match your logo or interior design. Mixing our colors from scratch gives you your own proprietary color or matches the Pantone color of your choice.

Quick turnaround and shorter production runs are just to of the benefits Woodmere provides by printing our own decals.

Having our own printing capabilities gives Woodmere the opportunity to turn samples or orders around quickly to respond to you or your client’s timetable.

The yellow you see is a coating that allows the decal to be easier to work with for the decorators when applying them to the ceramic pieces.

Woodmere’s decoration department can handle all your decorating needs whether it be decal application or hand lining.

Our typical decorator can decorate between 35-50 pieces per hour, depending upon the piece to be decorated.

Woodmere's expereinced decorators take pride in being able to decorate even the most challenging ceramic pieces such as teapots.

With a variety of kilns, Woodmere is able to fire a several temperatures at the same time.

Woodmere’s array of kilns are set up in such a way to maximize firing flexibility, giving you the perfect firing temperature no matter what china body you decide upon. Woodmere can fire your designs up to 2350 degrees, permanently fusing your design in place.

The final inspection process before packing and shipping insures that our clients receive nothing but "museum quality" merchandise.
